1. After each sales transaction at your business, your terminal will prompt every customer to enter their phone number and register for your loyalty programme on cashbackAPP. You should aim to ask all customers to do this.
2. If one of your customers is already registered they will not be asked by the terminal to register.
3. Customers will receive a text with a link which they can click to visit their app store where they can download cashbackAPP, for free, and register a loyalty profile.
4. Once they have registered, they must register any payment card to get started, including all VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Rupay branded cards. We use bank grade security so it is safe for your customers.
5. In order to eradicate fraudulent registrations, a one-time 71 INR card verification fee is charged to each customers card, which is immediately refunded into their cashbackAPP account balance.
6. Your customer will now receive automatic cashback any time they shop with you, as well as in all other connected shops, if they pay with a registered card.
7. As they shop, cashback amount builds up quickly. Your customers can withdraw real cash to their bank account as soon as they accumulate 2500 INR from shopping at any participating businesses within the network.
